After more than 20+ years of experience in holistic healing as a gym owner, competitor, nutrition specialist and trainer, Tracey Bethune had always considered herself a master of health, fitness and well-being. Imagine her surprise when she found her life falling apart and facing her own mortality. Everything she thought she knew about life and well-being began to unravel. If it wasn’t what she’d been doing, then what was well-being and what was missing?

Now, just 7 years later, Tracey has become a sought after coach and speaker for her unique view and training methods on well-being. Her secrets to rapidly accelerating restoration can be found in the emotional intensity of everyday heartbreaks, unmet childhood needs and our unfulfilled desires, many of which we don’t even realize we have.
